  Overview 
 Hire Resolve’s client in the Mining Industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Procurement Manager to join their team in Northwest.
  
 Responsibilities 
 Drive appropriate relationships with key internal stakeholders with a principal objective to determine their procurement needs, requirements and enable organisational alignment to reduce bottlenecks and delays in decision-making
 Ensuring compliance with procurement regulations, ethical standards and reducing risks of fraud, waste, and abuse in procurement processes
 Training and supervising staff
 To effectively report and monitor the departmental performance according to best practice standards and to ensure compliance to regulatory compliance
 Own and formulate operational policies in alignment with group policies, frameworks, plans and execute to achieve targets
