Understand laws, regulations and Albemarle Compliance Standards relevant to the routine purchase and delivery of site materials and services and ensure full compliance.
Drive compliance excellence. Enable a team culture that promotes full compliance, encourages questions and aggressively works to mitigate potential compliance risks
Translate site requirements into actionable procurement strategies. Develop and own the site procurement value creation strategies and site procurement scoreboard.
Insure there is clear alignment of category strategies and performance metrics with GBU stakeholders and site operations
