Procurement Manager - Rail Báltica

We are looking for a Procurement Manager to join one of the largest railway projects in Europe (Rail Baltica).

Main responsibilities:

• Reports to the Project Manager or as it shall be set out in the organization chart agreed between the Employer and the ENE Contractor;
• He / she shall draft the Procurement Management Plan in order to properly manage and administer acquisitions and procurement of materials and service for the Implementation Phase;
• He / she shall provide the sequence of procurement for customized materials (evaluation of supplier; request for material; FAT Witness Invitation; FAT and FAT Report; Request for shipping; Confirmation of Shipping and also for the commercial Material Procurement process (Evaluation of suppliers; Request for Material; FAT Witness Invitation;
• In case he / she makes inquiry for new suppliers / new contractors not included in the ENE Contractor Vendor List in the bidding stage...
