Summary of the role

You’ll lead contract-manufacturing (Co‑man) procurement and strategic sourcing, expanding and managing the contract manufacturer base, driving cost improvement and supplier performance, and partnering cross‑functionally to secure supply, quality and service outcomes.

What you’ll be doing

• Co‑man strategic sourcing: source and select contract manufacturers, run supplier assessments/ evaluations, and build long‑term co‑man strategy and renewal negotiation plans.
• Cost, value & growth enablers: drive cost improvement programs and optimize product cost structures while maintaining service levels and quality.
