PROCUREMENT MANAGER

Job Description

• Manage procurement of fresh vegetables and fruits from local and overseas suppliers
• Negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse team
• Ensure product quality and timely delivery
• Maintain supplier relationships
• Prepare procurement reports and cost analysis

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years experience in procurement (preferably food trading industry)
• Good knowledge of vegetable and fruits sourcing
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Class 5 driving licence preferred
• Able to manage a team
