Job Description

Responsibilities
Be the category manager for worldwide design services and travel for Rambus

Take ownership of the development and implementation of the indirect procurement category strategies, including projects related but not limited to cost reduction initiatives, contract negotiation and supplier relationship

Be accountable for the negotiation strategies for your category, including all of the negotiation preparation, internal alignment of the strategy, and execution of the strategy 

Support contract negotiations and management of existing contracts

Analyze and leverage data analytics to enable business and procurement strategies aligned to business priorities

Collaborate with internal teams, including business units, finance, legal, engineering, and management for escalation issues

Support other category managers for EMEA and APAC specific procurement activities
