Procurement Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION
Seek and nego with telecom-related CME, OSP, TI service supplier and material vendors, support presales and post sales implementation, handling total procurement progress.
Obey company procurement, compliance, legal policy.
Establish partnerships and contracts with local subcontractors/vendors/suppliers to support project requirement
Secure quotes and negotiate on terms and prices that allow company's costs to remain low or within budget while still getting quality products and services
Conducts ocular visits to a supplier's facility to ensure standards and quality is maintained as agreed
Conducts periodic evaluation of suppliers, ensures results are transparent to relevant internal domains, and uses results as basis for extending or terminating contracts
Communicate effectively with Finance and Management teams findings and recommendations concerning suppliers
Works closely with Finance to determine whether there is room in the budget to upgrade...
