Procurement Manager

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager with deep expertise in cement importation and bulk commodity sourcing. This role will be instrumental in expanding our supplier base across Asia, coordinating and ensuring compliance on importation and trade and industry requirements.
Develop and expand company's sources of physical bulk commodities trade of, among others, coal, cement, clinker, slag, limestone, and gypsum in the Region
Responsible for source development in key sources in Asia
Negotiate and build relationships with new sellers
Responsible for Contracts Management, PR/PO monitoring and management, cement importation, payment monitoring
Qualifications:
University degree graduate
With at least 5 years relevant experience in physical bulk commodity trading, preferably with experience in related industries
Knowledge of contract, letters of credit, shipping terms
