Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Coordinator located in Concord, ON.

• Coordinate procurement and tendering activities for ongoing and upcoming projects
• Review and prepare tender submissions and supporting documentation
• Monitor bid opportunities and manage submissions through platforms such as MERX, Biddingo, Construction Connect, Bonfire, Bids&Tenders, etc.
• Complete and coordinate contractor prequalification packages and forms
• Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain pricing, scopes, and required documents
