We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to join with our team. The ideal candidate will handle supplier coordination, price collection, sample gathering, tender support, and updating materials on the Company website.

Key Responsibilities:


Communicate and coordinate with clients/costumer to ensure proper services are provided.
Communicate with suppliers and conduct visits when needed.
Collect prices, sample, product images, and technical specifications.
Prepare Price Comparisons, Costing report and quotation, Vendor Lists, and BOQ updates.
Assist in preparing tender documents and required submissions.
Upload and update materials on the Company website.
