Procurement Officer

Role Summary:

Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring construction materials, equipment, and subcontracted services in accordance with project specifications, budget requirements, and company procurement and sustainability policies. Ensures timely delivery and compliance with quality and safety standards to support ongoing construction operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and prequalify suppliers and subcontractors through research, trade shows, industry networks, and market analysis.
• Review material and service requisitions from project sites and ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project requirements.
