Position Title: Procurement Officer

Job Purpose

The Procurement Officer will be responsible for end-to-end procurement activities, ensuring timely sourcing, vendor coordination, and accurate documentation. The role supports smooth procurement operations by managing PRs, POs, supplier follow-ups, and coordination with finance and internal departments in line with company policies and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end procurement cycle from Purchase Requisition (PR) to payment process.
• Review, validate, and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs).
• Conduct comparative analysis.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) in ERP.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials/services.
• Coordinate with Finance, Store, and other departments for smooth procurement execution.
• Manage local procurement activities, including market visits for sourcing materials.
