Jacaranda Maternity is designing the future of healthcare in East Africa for the patients who need it most. Our chain of hospitals in Nairobi are changing the way maternal healthcare is provided by developing better ways to provide high-quality, patient-centered maternity care at low cost. Currently, we have grown to three maternity hospitals, seeing over 3,000 clients a month, with a view towards further expansion across the country. We have won global and local recognition, including from the Center for Health Market Innovations, the Gates Foundation, Savings Lives at Birth, and Innovations in Healthcare – and our facility has been independently rated as among the highest quality in Kenya.
We have big ambitions and now also have the right backing of impact investors, such as Johnson & Johnson and Swedfund to realize our vision of 20 hospitals across East Africa by 2027. To get there, we will need exceptional people to help improve our business operation...
