Procurement Officer

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process including preparing RFQs, bids, proposals, and purchase orders; coordinating with requisitioners; selecting and negotiating with suppliers; monitoring deliveries; and maintaining accurate records for compliance. Ensures quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely supply of goods and services.

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management and equivalent
• Minimum of three (3) years in a purchasing capacity sourcing goods, parts, supplies, and services required for Construction, Marine/Vessels and Heavy Equipment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, procurement management software, and other relevant ERP applications
• Willing to be assigned in Kapitolyo, Pasig City

• Source, negotiate, and build strong relationships with suppliers.
