QUALIFICATION:

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree in any field
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required.
• Expertise in Microsoft office
• Willing to travel
• Knowledge in vehicle management
• Can start ASAP

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Negotiating contracts with supplies to ensure the best deal
• Renewal for Vehicle Rental
• Sourcing of new vehicle suppliers for lease and reapair shop
• Monitor the PMS and OR/CR of vehicle in all areas.
• Assist in deployment, transfer and termination of all vehicle
• consolidation with all areas to maintain the good status of vehicle
• Inspection of vehicle in project parking
• Managing Fleet cards
• Monthly costing of vehicle management
