Procurement Officer

We are seeking a Procurement Officer to join our Project Department to support ongoing construction and renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
• Prepare purchase orders and manage procurement schedules for projects
• Coordinate closely with project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Monitor costs, budgets, and procurement documentation
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and project requirements
• Handle supplier performance, pricing, and contract administration

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field
• Quantity Surveyors are welcome to apply
• Candidates with Project Management background are welcome
