PROCUREMENT OFFICER

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in procurement, outsourcing, or vendor management.
• Experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and contract management
• Familiarity with telco outsourcing services (network rollout, OSP construction, civil works, logistics, O&M)
• Knowledgeable in ERP / procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
• Good understanding of local procurement regulations and compliance requirements

• Manage end-to-end procurement of outsourced services (RFQ/RFP, evaluation, awarding)
• Source, accredit, and maintain a pool of qualified outsourcing vendors
• Negotiate pricing, service scope, SLAs, and contractual terms
