Job Purpose:

The job position primarily oversee the establishment and estimates of cost parameters and budgets related to purchases and shipments ensuring timely deliveries and meeting costumers and client requirements on time.

Job Description:

Provides strategic logistics to internal decision makers to ensure most cost effective transportation options are utilized to meet delivery targets

Sources shipping, freight, brokerage services and negotiates prices, terms, giving the best profit and cost structure for the company using internal and external benchmarking

Administers shipment, expediting for inbound and outbound including documentation process, and logistics function associated with international shipment transactions

Coordinates and manages all domestic and international shipments with logistics providers, custom brokers, and freight forwarders ensuring shipments are cleared on time,...
