**Main Purpose of Job:**

Manage all transactional processes and documents for procurement

**Responsibilities** :

_Processing_

+ Creating Purchase Requisitions
+ Monitoring timely receipt of Goods Receipt and ensuring accuracy in GR Postings
+ Follow up on PO Creation
+ Ensure competitive bidding rules and adhere to it

_Compliance_

+ Ensure Quality of data including required terms and conditions
+ Ensure that PRs are created with the right sourcing methods and documents are compliant with the SOP
+ Ensure competitive bidding rules and adhere to it
+ Ensure that POs are created with the right sourcing methods and documents are compliant with the SOP
+ Ensure all GRs are created on time and before the invoices
