About the Company:
Our client is a global software organisation rolling out Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) across its Australian operations, following successful implementation in the UK and New Zealand. With a planned go-live date of 1 April, they are expanding their Shared Services team to support the rollout and ensure a smooth transition.

About the Role:
This is a hands-on Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations role supporting the D365 rollout.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:
• Receive purchase requests from internal teams
• Create and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) in D365
• Check financial coding and ensure requests meet policy guidelines
• Monitor approval workflows and follow up on delays
