Procurement Operations Specialist - 6 months contract

Our client, a global technology firm, is seeking a Procurement Operations Specialist to join their team in Singapore on a 6‑month contract.
Responsibilities Support Category Managers across APAC to deliver operational procurement support. Lead end‑to‑end tender processes (RFx), managing supplier coordination, queries, and onboarding through internal systems. Serve as the key liaison for vendor onboarding, ensuring accurate and timely submissions with internal teams such as Finance.
Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience as a Procurement Operations Specialist with a focus on tender management and supplier coordination. Proven track record in negotiation and direct supplier‑facing commercial engagements.
