Responsibilities

• Place purchase orders to allocated vendors for a variety of food or packaging SKUs, at the correct price, quantity, buffer, etc.
• Partner with HelloFresh distribution centers, offsite production and warehouse locations, and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and inventories match demand requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts by recommending changes, testing new processes, and implementing updates.
• Analyze purchasing data to ensure accuracy of information, purchasing procedures and identify any discrepancies.
• Resolve any unforeseen problems with suppliers relating to operations, purchasing or quality/performance quickly and professionally.
