Key Responsibilities:
Reporting & Data Preparation
1) Prepare, maintain, and update reports on:
New SKU sales performance
Inventory ageing by category and department
Out-of-stock (OOS) rates
Supplier on-time delivery performance
Product seasonality trends
2) Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of all data and reporting dashboards.
3) Support data validation and basic analysis to ensure reliable reporting outputs.
Purchase Order & Inventory Support
1) Assist in the review of:
New SKU purchase orders
Campaign and promotional purchase orders
Inventory levels in preparation for promotional activities
2) Verify proposed order quantities against established guidelines and goods-needed limits.
3) Highlight data discrepancies or potential risks for further review.
Documentation & Follow-up
1) Record review outcomes, key observations, and required follow-up actions.
