QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree


• With at least 10 years of end-to-end IT software procurement experience


• Skilled in Software Supply Management, Vendor Management, Stakeholder Relationship Management, Cost Optimization, Negotiation and Risk Management


• Knowledgable in software licensing models, SaaS agreements and IT procurement best practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversees the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for software solutions from accreditation to termination.


• Works closely with IT stakeholders and software vendors to ensure sustainable licensing models, compliance and cost optimization.


• Analyze software market trends, licensing models and vendor risks.
