Procurement Sourcing Specialist

The Procurement Sourcing Specialist is expected to drive and support global sourcing and contracting events in the low impact stream of Manulife's indirect spend categories including but not limited to, Marketing, Real Estate, IT, (either or all of Hardware, Software, SaaS, Telecom) HR, Office Supplies, Business Print, and Professional Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sourcing initiatives assigned for low spend deals, ensuring timelines are met while maintaining the integrity and quality of the Intake to Contracting (I2C) process.
• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with business unit owners, procurement onshore partners and vendors.
• Conduct negotiations to secure deals that drive savings and meet business requirements.
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and standards and manage the work intake tools (Ivalua).
