Key Responsibilities
Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, service, and reliability.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to secure the best value for the organization.
Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to quality, delivery, or service.
Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Operations, Logistics, etc.) to identify purchasing needs.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other procurement documentation.
Ensure compliance with local laws, company standards, and ethical procurement practices.
