Purpose of the role

The Procurement Agent plays a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials through the supply chain, supplier performance and optimizing procurement operations. This position is responsible for identifying sources of supply, managing quote process with vendors without contracts and associated terms, expediting critical orders, resolving simple supplier performance issues and providing support to the logistics team members.
