Procurement Specialist I (Guadalajara)

Responsible for vendor purchasing, inventory management, order management and billing processes to mitigate risk and enable profitability. Aligned with business teams in support of the business group’s strategies and financial goals. Such activities may include the following as well as other duties as assigned.

• Analyze, evaluate and make buying decisions on run‑rate product recommendations
• Execute drop‑ship and/or inventory vendor purchase orders for minimally complex and less complex vendors
• Ensure adherence to vendor terms and conditions to avoid negative financial impact to the business
• Order Management: problem resolution and order maintenance
• Timely drop‑ship billing for accurate revenue recognition
• Accountable for escalated issues from vendor, internal stakeholders and customers and to establish resolution and communicate back
