Procurement Specialist

Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
At least 2-4 years of working experience as Purchasing Specialist or Senior Procurement Assistant from a real estate or construction company.
Experience in Supply Chain Operations in the real estate industry is an advantage.
Experience in Logistics and Warehouse Operations is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Excel) is required.
Proficient in SAP is an advantage.
Good negotiation skills, analytical and keen to details.
Above average communication skills, both oral and written.
Team player and can do multi tasking.
Willing to report in Makati City.
Job Summary:
To perform procurement activities in accordance with the established processes, policies and procedures.
To handle various sourcing activities for equipment, goods, and service providers needed by the business/company.
To acquire new vendors and/or suppliers to maintain a pool.
