Procurement Specialist

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Accountancy, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role
• Preferably has a background in the telecommunications industry
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues and suppliers

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and send purchase orders (local and foreign) to suppliers and relevant departments
• Maintain a comprehensive database of suppliers and manage accreditation documents
• Source suppliers, compare prices, and evaluate product quality to select the most competitive bids
