Job Description

• Manage inventory and purchase orders required by the Construction Department and coordinate with the procurement team for the preparation of material requests.
• Coordinate with the construction site team and warehouse/logistics team to ensure timely delivery of purchased materials to the correct locations.
• Provide regular updates on procurement status, potential delays, or issues affecting material supply.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, communications, and supplier transactions.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and related services.
• Conduct cost analysis based on procurement records to support budgeting and financial planning.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers, contractors, and project teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
