Procurement Specialist – MVAC

Role Purpose:
To manage end-to-end sourcing, procurement, and delivery of specific long-lead equipment categories (Electrical, MVAC, or ELV). This owner-side role ensures that equipment is specified correctly, ordered on time, tracked globally, and delivered to meet construction milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead sourcing activities for assigned equipment category (e.g., UPS, transformers, MV/LV switchgear, gensets, chillers, cooling towers, CRAH units, CDUs, ELV systems).

Prepare and issue RFQs/RFPs, evaluate technical and commercial proposals, and recommend vendor selection.

Create purchase orders (POs) in SAP and manage PO lifecycle – from issuance to delivery, including change orders.

Coordinate with logistics team to ensure on-time delivery and customs clearance for international shipments.

Work with engineering to validate technical specifications and BOMs.
