Procurement Specialist| Pharma MNC | Greenfield Plant Start-Up

Job Overview: The Procurement Specialist will handle sourcing and purchasing activities for our new Singapore site, work closely with cross-functional teams to help procure equipment, raw materials and indirect goods.

Jobscope:

• Support end-to-end purchasing activities: prepare RFQs/RFPs, collect and compare supplier quotations, and recommend suppliers for approval
• Raise and track purchase orders (POs), follow up on delivery schedules and ensure timely receipt of goods/services
• Assist with tender documentation, basic contract administration and commercial change tracking under manager guidance
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams (engineering, logistics, finance, China project team) to resolve day-to-day procurement issues.
