Job Overview:
As the Procurement Specialist in Singapore, he/she will manage the sourcing and purchasing activities for the plant engineering construction.
Responsibilities: Work with Singapore project team to provide procurement sourcing and purchasing support for the construction phase. Prepare tender and contract documents in accordance to project requirements and local building & construction regulations. Manage engineering contracts, work with internal and external teams regarding the timely pricing and agreement of variations, effective handling of contract charges, and early settlement of disputes / claims. Manage valuation of works done by vendors and arrange for payments. Ensure full compliance with internal and external rules, policies, and procedures for all procurement activities.
