Procurement Specialist

Job Overview:
• The Procurement Specialist will handle sourcing and purchasing activities for our new Singapore site, work closely with cross functional teams to help procure equipment, lab instruments, raw materials and indirect goods—supporting the project through construction into daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Support end to end purchasing activities: prepare RFQs/RFPs, collect and compare supplier quotations, and recommend suppliers for approval.
• Raise and track purchase orders (POs), follow up on delivery schedules and ensure timely receipt of goods/services.
• Assist with tender documentation, basic contract administration and commercial change tracking under manager guidance.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams (engineering, logistics, finance, China project team) to resolve day to day procurement issues.
