Procurement Specialist

The Procurement Officer is responsible for leading global sourcing initiatives and supporting supplier management across China, the U.S., and Europe. The role handles customer-specific sourcing requests, negotiates commercial terms, maintains supplier documentation and ERP data accuracy, tracks savings and performance metrics, and progressively assumes operational duties as backup to the Supply Chain Supervisor.

Job Description

• RFQs issued per week.
• Cost savings achieved.
• Find and onboard suppliers for wellness/beauty products.
• Handle customer sourcing requests quickly and professionally.
• Negotiate price, MOQs, lead times, and compliance terms.
• Keep supplier docs and certifications current (FDA, REACH, etc.).
• Track and report savings, faster lead times, and margin impact.
• Create and manage purchase orders to on-time delivery.
