Procurement Staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and issuance of purchase orders, procurement documents, and contracts.
• Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Monitor purchase orders and delivery schedules to ensure compliance with agreed terms.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, supplier performance, and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with internal departments to gather purchasing requirements and resolve procurement issues.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate pricing and quality.
• Support compliance with procurement policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Help in managing supplier relationships and resolving disputes or discrepancies.
