Procurement Staff

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate or undergraduate of Business, Marketing, or any related course
• Minimum of 2 years solid experience in bidding, procurement, or government project documentation
• Familiar with PHILGEPS and other procurement platforms
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other online tools
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in preparing formal documents
• Strong sense of integrity, confidentiality, and commercial awareness
• Willing to work full-time, on-site, and under pressure during bidding deadlines
• Residence within Pampanga province is a plus

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AS A PROCUREMENT STAFF (TWG):

• Prepare, compile, and organize complete bidding documents (Eligibility, Technical, and Financial)
