Procurement Staff

Basic Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): with good communication skills, Proficiency in the relevant management software programs., communication and negotiation skills.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors.
• Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.
• Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary
• Inspecting stock and reporting any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately.
• Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
