Responsibilities

• Assisting with coordinating and managing the project design and procurement process which includes taking detailed meeting minutes and following up on open items.


• Assisting with review of RFP documentation, drawings/diagrams, and specifications for key project requirements.


• Facilitating communication and collaboration between all project stakeholders by utilizing PM4+ to send RFIs and submittals.


• Assist projects with material take-offs, quantity optimization, and pricing compilation and recaps. Streamlining project processes by developing procurement operating practices and converting excel tools into standard Solar templates.


• Supporting project success by developing and maintaining PM4+ procurement dashboards for projects. Draft purchase orders and coordinate with estimators and schedulers to ensure compliance with project budgets and expected delivery dates.
