PURCHASING SUPERVISOR

Main Role:
Oversees purchasing activities to ensure materials and supplies are sourced on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Key Duties:

• Supervise and guide the purchasing team
• Source and negotiate with suppliers
• Review and approve purchase orders and quotations
• Ensure timely delivery of materials
• Monitor inventory levels and costs
• Coordinate with project, warehouse, and finance teams

Qualifications:

• Experience in purchasing or procurement (supervisory level preferred)
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Proficient in basic computer applications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
