Procurement Supervisor

Job Description:

• To evaluate and accept Purchase Requisitions of branches and departments to ensure that the procedure is being followed
• To process Purchase Request and prepare Purchase Orders in a timely manner
• To canvass and request for a quotation from suppliers

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Engineering, or any related field.
• At least 3–5 years of solid experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain, with supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including sourcing, bidding, vendor evaluation, negotiation and purchase order management
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and decision making skills
• Willing to conduct supplier visits, inspections and on-site coordination when required
