Procurement / Supply Chain Coordinator.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Process daily purchase orders and ensure accurate, timely deliveries
Maintain and update delivery schedules and shipment status records
Source and liaise with suppliers, vendors, and freight forwarders
Coordinate with internal sales and warehouse teams on material receipt and inventory updates
Maintain organized procurement records, including POs, quotations, and supplier documents
Assist with vendor evaluation, cost comparison etc
Handle required documentation for import/export and logistics processes
Ensure all procurement activities align with company policies and compliance standards
