Procurement Supply Operation

Responsibilities

Monthly Procurement Task (50%):

• Process Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) in weekly basis
• Coordinate new merchant and new SKU onboarding processes
• Place PR and PO based on demand forecasts, ensuring supply availability
• Verify and update product pricing in close communication with merchants

Monthly Settlement (30%):

• Ensure timely payment and settlement with merchants
• Validate the completeness and accuracy of invoices and supporting documentation
• Conduct invoice reconciliation with finance and relevant regional operation teams

Cross-Functional Communication (20%):

• Collaborate effectively with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing)
• Communicate fluently in English, Mandarin, and localized languages to ensure clarity in project updates, resolution of issues, and stakeholder reporting
