Procurement Team Lead – Automation Enablement

Key responsibilities
Lead and develop a team delivering Run & Support services and automation initiatives, building capability in standardisation and optimisation.
Own day-to-day Run & Support operations, including AMS (L2/L3), functional support, T&E, and finance/tax services, ensuring stable delivery and SLA adherence.
Drive performance and continuous improvement by tracking SLAs and KPIs and reducing manual work through automation.
Act as the main escalation point for critical operational, system, and automation issues, ensuring timely and lasting solutions.
Work closely with stakeholders, IT, vendors, and service partners, ensuring clear ownership, compliance, and strong governance.
About you
Bachelor's Degree in a Business or Technology-related field, with 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in procurement operations, process optimisation, automation, or digital enablement.
