Procurement Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Procurement Team Lead to oversee daily procurement operations, ensure compliance with sourcing standards, and support efficient and accurate procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, guide, and support procurement team members in daily operations
• Assign tasks, manage workflow, and ensure timely and accurate completion of deliverables
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, buyer due diligence, and internal controls
• Monitor team attendance, productivity, and performance
• Prepare operational and performance reports for management
• Identify process gaps and recommend sustainable improvements
• Execute Request for Quotations (RFQs) and ensure proper supplier selection
• Create, review, and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and Blanket POs
