About the role
We're looking for a Procurement Transformation Lead to support strategic sourcing and operational transformation initiatives.
This role sits within the Procurement department and combines hands-on procurement execution with a strong focus on process improvement, innovation, and value generation. You'll work closely with airline businesses across the group, supporting sourcing activities related to ground operations and cargo, while helping shape and execute transformation roadmaps.
You'll collaborate directly with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and legal teams, operating in a fast-paced, high-impact environment where cost efficiency, operational excellence, and continuous improvement are key.
