Procurement Transformation Manager – 12 month contract

A global Management Consulting firm is looking for a Procurement Transformation Manager to support one of their clients on a large-scale transformation project.

As Procurement Transformation Manager, you will identify, assess and prioritize AI Agent enabled solutions to create an autonomous, insight-driven and value-focused procurement function.

Responsibilities:

• Define a Procurement & Agentic AI Transformation roadmap assessing current procurement processes, data, and systems.
• Lead end-to-end discovery of procurement transformation initiatives.
• Design target operating models for AI-enabled procurement.
• Define and track KPIs and value metrics for AI-enabled procurement.
• Design frameworks for monitoring AI agent performance, continuous improvement, and prioritization of enhancements.
