Job Summary

Responsible for placing warranty orders in the OEM portals; all orders must be placed the same day the issue is reported from our internal customers. The warranty buyer needs to validate equipment serial numbers and process a detailed order with the supplier to ensure SLA’s.

• Places and expedites orders for products and materials.
• Compiles and documents all transactions for data entry.
• Works with management and other associates to improve purchasing processes, policy, and procedures.
