Produce Assistant (Parental Cover)

Our Wellington Fresh Produce Team is seeking a night Produce Assistant to join the team on a full-time basis for a 10-month parental leave cover.

As part of a dynamic group, you will help pick, prepare and pack fresh vegetables and fruits according to customer orders.

Position snapshot:

• Starting 1 June 2026
• Location: William Durant Drive, Trentham, Wellington
• full-time role, fixed term until 31/03/2027
• Roster: Sunday-Friday, 05:00 pm to 03.00 am

The Job:  In this role, you will work with fresh produce (fruits and vegetables), pulling, weighing, and packing supplies, as well as assisting in stocking and other warehouse duties. Your main tasks will include:

• Picking, weighing and packing orders
• Assisting in dispatching orders
• Cleaning, washing, and processing fresh produce
